1 Scope
This standard specifies the requirements, test methods, inspection rules, labelling, packaging, transportation and storage for microcapsules of fish oil.
This standard is applicable to the microcapsule products made by processing with fish oil as the main material and modified starch etc. as encapsulational materials, which are rich in such polyenoic fatty acids as EPA and DHA.
