This standard has been redrafted and modified adoption of International Standard ISO 11972:2015 Corrosion-resistanst Cast Steels for General Applications. This standard is changed largely from ISO 11972:2015 in terms of structure. 3 Technical Requirements
3.1 Manufacturing
3.1.1 The steelmaking process may be refined by electric arc furnace and refining furnace or determind by the supplier.
3.1.2 Unless otherwise specified, the casting process shall be determined by the supplier.
3.2 Chemical Composition
3.2.1 The steel castings shall conform to the requirements for material designation anf chemical composition specified in Table 1.3.2.2 The castings shall conform to the requirements for permissible deviation of chemical composition specified in GB/T 222.
