Hydrogen fuel cell electric vehicle refueling receptacle 1 Scope This document specifies the types, marks, requirements and test methods of hydrogen fuel cell electric vehicle refueling receptacle. This document is applicable to the hydrogen fuel cell electric vehicle refueling receptacle using compressed hydrogen as working medium, with rated filling pressure not exceeding 70MPa and working temperature ranging from -40°C to 85°C. 2 Normative references The following documents contain provisions which, through reference in this text, constitute provisions of this document. For dated references, only the edition cited applies. For undated references, the latest edition of the referenced document (including any amendments) applies. GB/T 1690-2010 Rubber, vulcanized or thermoplastic—Determination of the effect of liquids GB/T 10125 Corrosion tests in artificial atmospheres—Salt spray tests GB/T 24548 Fuel cell electric vehicles—Terminology 3 Terms and definitions For the purposes of this document, the terms and definitions given in GB/T 24548 and the following apply. 3.1 receptacle component assembly connected with the hydrogen refueling nozzle on the vehicle 3.2 nominal working pressure rated refueling pressure which is designed under standard state 4 Model The model of receptacle consists of the following four parts: 5 Requirements 5.1 General requirements 5.1.1 The type and dimension of the interface shall meet the requirements in Annex A. Chamfering, protective cover fixing groove, hexagonal shape and other designs for easy installation are allowed, and such designs shall not affect the normal joint of the hydrogen refueling nozzle. 5.1.2 In order to solve the freezing problem of hydrogen refueling nozzle caused by hydrogen precooling surface, the design of receptacle may refer to Annex B. 5.1.3 Check valves shall be included in the design of receptacle. 5.2 Performance requirements 5.2.1 Air tightness The air tightness test shall be conducted in accordance with the method specified in 6.3. First, it shall be checked with liquid leak detector. If no air bubbles are generated within 1min, it shall be qualified. If bubbles are generated, continue to use leak detector or other methods for measurement, and the equivalent hydrogen leakage rate shall not exceed 0.02L/h (under standard state). 5.2.2 Vibration resistance After the vibration resistance test is conducted in accordance with the method specified in 6.4, all connectors shall be free from looseness, and its air tightness shall meet those specified in 5.2.1.
